| Exchange Disseminated Time | Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2012, has approved the following:
1. The issue of fresh capital by way of Equity Shares, Equivalent Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), Warrants and/or any other Convertible Instrument upto Rs. 300 crores.
2. The issue of Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) upto Rs. 300 crores through private placement subject to applicable regulations and approvals as may be required. |
