Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to intimate you that an oral order has been passed by the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal ('NGT') regarding 13 industrial units including our plant situated in Gajraula in Uttar Pradesh (U.P.). 2. While a written order of the NGT is awaited, to comply with the oral order of the NGT, the Company has temporarily shut down its plant in Gajraula w.e.f today, till further instructions and directions by the NGT. 3. The Company is environmentally conscious and operates its plant in Gajraula (U.P.), with zero discharge and is in compliance with all applicable environmental norms and laws including previous consents from NGT and State Pollution Control Board.
