2. To consider the draft of Annual report of the Company, Directors Report, Notice and all other relevant annexure(s) for the year ended as on March 31, 2014.
3. To consider the day, date, time and place of holding of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2013-14.
4. To fix Book Closure for AGM.
Further, Trading window of the Company will be closed since July 28, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial result to the public i.e. August 09, 2014. |
