- Reappointment of Mr. K. Suresh as ‘Manager’ for the purpose of Companies Act, for a period of 3 years as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board;
Further, the Board of Directors has also approved / authorised:
- The Chief Executive Officer for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information for disclosure to the stock exchanges. |
