| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has accorded approval to the Company to exit from its non-core business of P.P. caps manufacturing and printing and has accordingly:
1. approved the proposal for sale of P.P. caps manufacturing and printing division of the Company; and
2. approved the proposal for divestment of the entire stake held by the Company in P.P. Caps Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary.
Further, pursuant to Clause VII of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company which was earlier closed till closure of business hours of January 15, 2014 shall now remain close upto closure of business hours of January 16, 2014. Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
