| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/08/2016 16:45:48 | Indo Count Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 23, 2016, inter alia:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and
2. To consider sub-division of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each into lower face value.
Further, in view of above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Company’s Directors and designated employees of the Company from August 05, 2016 to August 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
