Ltd which is incorporated with proposed objects of carrying on the business of manufacturing, marketing, distributing, selling and trading of pharma products, has entered into an Investment agreement with Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd.
Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd has envisaged its interest in investing in fully convertible debentures of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd to the extent of Rs. 200,000,000/- and the Company is the cosignatory to the said convertible debenture subscription agreement, as the promoter of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. |
