This is in furtherance to our letter dated December 16, 2016, wherein the Company had informed you about the Record Date fixed as Friday, July 14, 2017 for Part Redemption (50% of face value) of below mentioned NCDs together with accrued interest on Monday, July 31, 2017. - INE721A07FV5 and INE721A07FY9
Consequently, the Face Value of NCDs will stand changed to Rs 500/- (instead of Rs 1,000/-). For physical NCD holders, the Company will be issuing fresh NCD Certificates of face value of Rs500/-. This is for your information.
