Inga Capital Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has informed BSE regarding Open Offer by Rabale Engineering India Pvt Ltd ("Acquirer") to the equity shareholders of Pradeep Metals Ltd ("Target Company") for acquisition of 44,90,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each representing 26% of the issued & subscribed capital & 26.02% of the voting capital of the Target Company at a price of Rs. 22/- per fully paid up equity share pursuant to regulation 3(2) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 ("Takeover Regulations").
