| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd with respect to news article appearing on Moneycontrol website on February 26, 2015 titled "Mahindra & Mahindra is in talks with British Aerospace for an alliance. Although the talks are on, "nothing has been concluded" yet.""
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "The Company wishes to clarify that the report is highly speculative in nature and that there are no arrangements which the Company has entered into, which requires disclosure under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
Given the policy of the Company of not commenting on speculative news/reports, we will not be able to comment on the same.
As in the past, the Company would continue to inform stock exchanges about any price sensitive information before the same is made public." |
