Further, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 including all amendments thereof, and the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed for all Designated Employees from September 29, 2016 to October 01, 2016 (inclusive of both days). |
