1. With the permission of the chairman of the Board, the board approved the appointment of Mr. K. Kiran Kumar, Bachelor of Civil Engineering, as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. After due discussions resignation of Mr. Ajay Yadav was referred to next board meeting. |
