Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 21, 2017 to February 06, 2017 (both days inclusive), and shall reopen on February 07, 2017 for Specified Persons as defined in the Code. |
