| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 27, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.
Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company is pleased to provide e-voting facilities to its Members enabling them to cast their vote electronically for all the resolutions as set in the AGM Notice Dated August 29, 2014. The Company has availed the e-voting services as provided by central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Shri. Deepak Sharma Practicing Company Secretary of M/s Sharma Jain & Associates, Meerut has been appointed as Scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner. The e-voting period commences on September 26, 2014 (9.00am) and closes at (6.00pm).The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL, for voting thereafter. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by the member, the Member shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. The voting rights of the Members shall be as per the number of equity shares held by the Members as on the cut off date which is August 29, 2014. The notice has been sent to all the Members, whose name appeared in the register of Member/Record of Depositories as on August 29, 2014. |
