Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 and will open on November 17, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 15, 2016. |
