| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, in order the transact the following business:
1. To consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. Approval of Directors' Report and notice of the Annual General meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
