SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that on June 16, 2016, the Company has allotted 1,50,754 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
