| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that, in view of the ensuing Audit Committee Meeting scheduled on May 02, 2014 and Board Meeting proposed to be held on May 13, 2014 to review the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2014, Trading Window shall remain closed from April 26, 2014 to May 15, 2014. The trading window closure is pursuant to Clause 5.1. of the Code of Conduct on Insider Trading Regulations. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 16, 2014. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company shares by the connected person/designated employees of the Company including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited. |
