| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2015 to consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2014.
In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of the Company, the Trading Window has been closed from January 01, 2015 to February 14, 2015, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
