| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/01/2017 19:01:33 | | Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2016, have approved, subject to the approval of its members, transfer of Company's Financial Inclusion (FI) Division to M/s Swift Vitthiya Samavesh Private Limited, Hyderabad by way of "Slump Exchange" in exchange of its equity shares. By virtue of this slump exchange M/s Swift Vitthiya Samavesh Private Limited will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bartronics India Ltd. |
