Sub: Formats for publishing financial results
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/15/2015 dated November 30, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
This circular includes formats for the various disclosures prescribed under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, 2015.
This circular shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2015.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
