Sub: Scheme of Arrangement under the Companies Act, 1956 – Revised requirements for the Stock Exchanges and Listed Companies - Clarification
The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular no. CIR/ CFD/DIL/8/2013 dated May 21, 2013 regarding the captioned matter.
Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
