Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/IMD/DF-1/67/2017 dated June 30, 2017 regarding the captioned matter.
The aforesaid Circular is appended for reference
Issuers are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
