Sub: Format for Business Responsibility Report (BRR)
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/10/2015 dated November 04, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
This circular shall come into force with effect from 90 days of notifications of regulations (September 02, 2015) i.e. December 01, 2015.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular read with provisions of Regulation 34 (2) (f) of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements), 2015 and comply accordingly.
