Sub: Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2016
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified amendments to the Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on July 08, 2016.
The amendment shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The amendment pertains to insertion of Regulation 43A - Dividend Distribution Policy after Regulation 43.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
