Sub: Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified amendments to the Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2017 on February 15, 2017.
The aforesaid amendment is appended for reference
The amendment shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The amendment pertains to insertion of sub-regulation (6) and proviso after sub-regulation (5) of Regulation 37.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
