Sub: Deferment of Implementation of SEBI Circular dated August 04, 2017
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/93/2017 dated August 04, 2017 titled "Disclosures by listed entities of defaults on payment of interest/ repayment of principal amount on loans from banks / financial instituions, debt securities, etc".
SEBI vide Press Release PR No. 59/2017 dated September 29, 2017 has deferred the Implementation of the aforementioned circular until further notice.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the same.
