(ii) Writ Petition No.1900 of 2011 – Subramani Gopalkrishnan Vs SEBI
Enclosed herewith is the letter no. MIRSD-2/AK/11003/2012 dated May 17, 2012 received from SEBI (attached as Annexure), wherein SEBI has advised Trading members and the listed companies to ensure compliance with the direction given in the aforesaid letter which is self explanatory.
Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
