Sub: Schemes of Arrangement by Listed Entities and (ii) Relaxation under Sub-rule (7) of rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/16/2015 dated November 30, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
This circular shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2015. The Schemes already submitted to the stock exchange in terms of Part A of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/DIL/5/2013 dated February 04, 2013 read with CIR/CFD/DIL/8/2013 dated May 21, 2013, shall be governed by the requirements specified in these circulars.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
