Sub: Amendments to SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999 and Equity Listing Agreement.
The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular number CIR/ CFD/DIL/3/2013 dated January 17, 2013 regarding the captioned matter. Circular is appended for reference.
Revised formats of the Listing Agreement will be made available on the website shortly.
Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
