Sub: Disclosure of holding of specified securities and Holding of specified securities in dematerialized form
Regulation 31 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), deals with the disclosure of shareholding pattern and manner of maintaining shareholding in dematerialized format.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/13/2015 dated November 30, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
This circular shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2015.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
