On account of irregularities found in the preferential allotment of 10 lac equity shares issued by Pentamedia Graphics Ltd. and its failure to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE), the Exchange authorities have decided to suspend the trading in the securities of Pentamedia Graphics Ltd. w.e.f. 4th October, 2001, until further notice.
