BSE reduces Arbitration fees for cases against Century Consultants Ltd.

As a proactive measure, to alleviate the hardships faced by the Investor's while filing Arbitration references against Century Consultants Ltd., Member - BSE, the Governing Board of the Exchange has approved the following concessions, as an one time measure:

1. Waive the Institution Fee of Rs. 1000/- payable by the applicants at the time of filing an Arbitration reference against Century Consultants Ltd.



2. Reduction of Arbitrator's fee from Rs. 3,000/- per Arbitrator, per case to Rs. 1,500/- per Arbitrator, per case. This has been made possible as a result of a goodwill gesture extended by the Arbitration Panel with regard to Century Consultant's case.

Thus, for claims upto Rs. 10 lacs, an investor has to pay only Rs. 1600/- (includes Rs. 100/- as cost of stamp paper) instead of Rs. 4100/- and for claims above Rs. 10 lacs, an investor has to pay only Rs. 4600/- as against Rs. 10,100 at present.
