| | Appointment of "Relationship Manager" BSE has initiated appointing "Relationship Managers" to interact with the Companies listed on the Exchange for better communication, co-ordination and service with respect to further listings, filings, compliance with listing agreement, etc. Companies will deal with the Relationship Manager concerned for a single window interface for all their queries and clarifications.
A circular to this effect has already been mailed to the companies. This arrangement will commence w.e.f. April 28, 2003.

As a first step in this direction, BSE has initiated appointing "Relationship Managers" to interact with the Companies listed on the Exchange for better communication, co-ordination and service with respect to further listings, filings, compliance with listing agreement, etc. Companies are requested to deal with the Relationship Manager concerned for a single window interface for all their queries and clarifications. However, the Relationship Manager does not deal with matters concerning the Surveillance Dept. and Investor Services Cell and companies are required to pursue the matter with the concerned dept. with the persons designated for said purpose.
The Companies would be divided according to the starting alphabet of the name of the company barring the article "The". However, all companies in "A" group are served by one Relationship Manager irrespective of the alphabet. This arrangement will commence w.e.f. April 28, 2003.
