BSE Signs MoC with LSE

Mr. Anand Rathi, President of BSE and Mr. Ian Salter, Deputy Chairman, London Stock Exchange have signed a Memorandum of Co-operation on February 24, 2000 at Mumbai. This is seen as a significant move towards achieving BSE's Mission 2000.

According to this Agreement, both BSE and LSE would Exchange information on "Cross Listed securities" as well as expertise and knowledge across the broad spectrum of information that impacts to our exchanges and the capital markets.

Both the Exchanges to take advantage of this confluence of events in terms of sharing information and knowledge and in pursuing compatible objectives.
