Suspension of Companies for Non-submission of Quarterly Results The Exchange regularly monitors status of Issuer compliance to various requirements of the Listing Agreement. It has been observed that there are 27 companies (list enclosed), which have failed to submit quarterly results for the quarters ending September and December 2002 as per the requirements of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. The said companies were issued show cause notices and reminders. However, the companies have failed to comply with the requirements of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. In the circumstances, the Exchange has decided to suspend trading in the securities of the said 27 companies w.e.f June 02, 2003 until further notice. Dr. Bandi Ram Prasad
