The trading in equity shares of the following companies will be suspended at BSE with effect from September 23, 2002 to September 25, 2002. This action has been taken on account of non-compliance by these Companies with the requirements of clause 16 of the Listing Agreement. The companies had fixed Book Closure/ Record Date for the purpose of Dividend/ Interim Dividend without giving adequate notice period as required under clause 16 of the Listing Agreement.

1. Dutron Polymers Ltd.
2. J J Exporters Ltd.
3. Remi Process, Plant and Machinery Ltd.
4. Vidhi Dyestuffs Mfg. Ltd.

The Exchange had sent Show Cause Notice to these Companies seeking reasons for non-compliance with the provisions of clause 16 of the Listing Agreement while fixing Book Closure/ Record Date for the purpose of Dividend/ Interim Dividend in the month of March 2002 consequent to the presentation of the Union Budget for the year 2002-03. The Companies failed to submit satisfactory reply to the said show cause notice. Under the circumstances, the Exchange has decided to suspend trading in equity shares of these Companies from September 23, 2002 to September 25, 2002.
