Due to a technical snag, the Closing Prices for November 19, 2001 were calculated incorrectly. It was, therefore, decided to annul the trades executed during the Post- Closing Session at the incorrect Closing Prices.

The correct Closing Prices for November 19, 2001 were subsequently calculated and the Post -Closing Session was re-scheduled between 5:40 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. All subsequent activities like computation of BSE Indices and Exercise of Options etc. were based on the revised Closing Prices.

Inconvenience caused to the market participants is regretted.
