BSE to help Investors facing difficulties in arbitration It has been brought to our notice that investors are facing hardship when they file an arbitration against a defaulter or an existing member of the Exchange and are required to pay the arbitration fees payable by the defaulter or an existing member of the Exchange on non-payment by them. The Exchange has decided that the investor henceforth will not be asked to pay the arbitration fees payable by the defaulter or an existing member of the Exchange as per the Bye-law of the Exchange. This will be applicable in the arbitration cases that will be filed in future as well as in the cases which are already filed and pending for payment of fees by the defaulter or an existing member of the Exchange.
