| | BSE Training Institute launches a 2-day programme on "Corporate Governance" The BSE Training Institute (BTI) is launching a 2-day programme on "Corporate Governance" on 15th and 16th May 2002.
The Training Programme is designed to equip participants with a broad conceptual framework and understanding of Industry practice as well as compliance issues. Drawing on the results of an in-depth study in India, it provides a valuable basis for acquiring both conceptual tools and operational skills. The Two-day programme will be conducted by International Faculty.
The Course will broadly cover Corporate Governance and Corporate Accountability, the Board as a Mechanism of Governance, Corporate Governance and the Market, Self-Regulation and compliance. These sessions will be followed by a Panel Discussion. The Panel will comprise eminent personalities and distinguished speakers from the Corporate World.
