Caution against recent indicative advertisements

It has been observed by the Exchange, that there has been a spate of advertisements recently by some companies making announcements about proposed buyback of shares, issue of bonus shares etc. Some of the companies may also be planning for consolidation of shares.

These advertisements are merely indicative in nature and are subject to such proposals being accepted by the Board of Directors of the company.

Members & investors are hereby cautioned to exercise proper care, to check the credentials of such companies and announcements, before making investment decisions /transacting in such scrips.
