MEDIA RELEASE Replacement of scrip(s) in BSE Indices | ||||||||||||||||||||||
The Exchange has decided to make the following replacement in BSE indices: BSE-500 Index:
BSE Mid-Cap Index:
The Exchange announced revision in BSE Sectoral Indices vide notice no. 20071008-1 dated October 8, 2007. Tele Data Informatics Ltd. was proposed for inclusion in BSE IT and BSE TECk index w.e.f. November 19, 2007. In view of the 'No Dealing' status of this company on account of scheme of arrangement, the company shall not be included in BSE IT and BSE TECk index. The exclusion of Tele Data Informatics Ltd. is made on account of suspension of trading in this company pursuant to scheme of arrangement. For further information, please refer BSE Notice No. 20071106-28 dated November 6, 2007. The above changes would be effective from November 16, 2007. Kalyan S.
