Review of Free-Float factors of BSE Index constituents

Pursuant to the guidelines laid down by the Index Committee, the Exchange has reviewed the free-float factors based on the shareholding data filed for the quarter ended December 2006. The revised free-float factors are attached as a separate annexure.

The revised free float factors would come into effect from February 12, 2007
