PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given under the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines - 2003 and in the exercise of powers conferred under Guideline 15 read with Schedule III of the Guidelines and The Stock Exchange Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulation, 1957 that The Stock Exchange, Mumbai proposes to delist the belowmentioned Companies from the Official records of the Exchange as trading in the securities of the following companies is suspended for a period of five years or more for non-compliance of the Listing Agreement.
