Media Release Withdrawal of Suspension Notice by BSE This is with reference to the earlier press release dated June 20, 2005 wherein the decision of the Exchange was communicated to suspend 73 companies w.e.f Wednesday, July 06, 2005 for non-compliance of Clause 35 (Shareholding Pattern), Clause 41 (Quarterly Results), Clause 49 (Corporate Governance) and / or Clause 51(EDIFAR Registration). Subsequent to the aforesaid press release, below mentioned 2 companies have complied with the submission of reports as required under the abovementioned clauses of the Listing Agreement. Therefore, the Exchange has decided not to suspend the trading in the equity shares of the below mentioned 2 companies.
