Companies suspended for Non-Payment of Listing Fees The Exchange has decided to suspend trading in securities of 543 companies (list enclosed as Annexure I) with effect from Monday, the 10th September, 2001 until further notice on account of non-payment of annual listing fees by the companies and accordingly not complying with provisions of Clause 38 of the Listing Agreement signed with the Exchange. Inspite of issuing show cause notices and giving sufficient time to companies for payment of Annual Listing Fees, these companies have failed to pay the listing fee upto financial year 2000-2001.Out of 543 companies, 228 are already under suspension by the Exchange for non-compliance with other provisions of the Listing Agreement.
