Exclusion from BSE Small-Cap Index

The Exchange has decided to exclude Solectron Centum Electronics Ltd. (Scrip Code: 517544) from BSE Small-Cap index w.e.f. August 08, 2007.

The exclusion is made on account of demerger of electronic manufacturing services business to Solectron EMS India Ltd. (an unlisted company) and capital reduction.
