BSE’s one step further to development of Indian Corporate Debt Market (ICDM)

Pursuant to SEBI circular, BSE has released a browser based application w.e.f. July 2, 2007, for Corporate Bond trading / reporting, which can be accessed over the Internet on https://icdm.bsewebx.co.in.

The workflow of the application is similar to the Negotiated Dealing System (NDS), used by participants to report SLR deals. Hence, the application was accepted well by the participants.

The data relating to the trades reported has been disseminated in the public domain through BSE’s website www.bseindia.com under the head ‘Debt’.
