Launch of Electronic Contract Notes System

BSE is  pleased  to announce  the launch of its  Electronic Contract Notes cum Bill system for its Members with effect from 5th January 2004. The Digitally Signed Electronic Contract Notes system, which is a precursor to the launch of the STP system, comprehensively covers the retail and institutional segments and allows Members of both exchanges to issue Contract Notes cum Bill to their investors through a simple file upload utility. Members can also issue the Contract Note cum Bill to their Sub Brokers' investors through the same system.

Launch of Digital Certificates System
BSE is pleased to announce the launch of its Registration Authority (RA) Office for issuance of Digital Signatures to the securities market participants. BSE is now a Registration Authority under TCS Certifying Authority, under the aegis of Controller of Certifying Authority, India.

Soon Launching - The Exchange will shortly be launching the following products

  • Electronic Contract Notes for Debt and Derivatives Segments
  • Straight Through Processing (STP) workflow for various market segments and intermediaries

As the ECN system has a multi exchange capability Members of the other exchange can also avail of the facility.
