BSE to suspend 7 companies for non payment of annual listing fees

 

Trading in the securities of 7 companies listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited will be suspended with effect from Monday, February 16, 2008 until further notice on account of non payment of annual listing fees for the financial year 2008-09 despite issue of reminders and show-cause notice.

 

If any of these companies:

a)       Pay the outstanding Annual listing fees and comply with other clauses of the Listing Agreement after issue of the notice of suspension to the market but prior to the date of suspension, the trading in the securities of such companies would be suspended for a period of 5 trading days from the date of suspension.

 

b)       Comply with the Exchange's procedure for revoking suspension by complying with all the clauses of the Listing Agreement including payment of listing fees and formalities for revocation within 1 month from the date of suspension, then the suspension shall be revoked after 1 month of date of suspension. 

 

c)       In all other cases the company will remain suspended till it complies with the clauses of the Listing Agreement including payment of Listing Fees
